It's OK not to feel OK 'Sometimes'

Last week, I was tired.

Not just “I need sleep” tired but physically drained. My face looked puffy, dull, and even a few acquaintances noticed I wasn’t quite myself.

As a Product Manager, I’m used to planning my personal life like a sprint , constantly moving from one task or deadline to the next.

But last week reminded me that we’re not machines.

Sometimes rest goes deeper than taking a few days off. We get so used to constantly showing up, delivering, and pushing through that we forget to check in with ourselves.

So I recorded this video on one of those days as a reminder that it’s okay not to feel okay sometimes.

Rest matters. . Taking care of yourself matters too.
